About the Miami Beach Gateway Community Alliance

The Green Gateway project was developed as a grass roots efforts by neighbors that want the South Shore Hospital removed and new development created to revitalize this key area of Miami Beach. We advocate for responsible development with real benefits to our community rather than the enormous skyscrapers that Developer Crescent Heights and Russell Galbut has proposed. Our plan creates an economically viable, lower density development that reduces flooding, traffic congestion and provides new green space to our neighbors.
